Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Filter Changer to replace, clean, and maintain filters across school systems, industries, and chain stores. The role requires travel and occasional overnight stays; company provides lodging and per diem when travel is required.

You will work 40–60 hours per week with day shifts Monday to Friday, overtime as needed, and a benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...).
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.

Company provides vehicle for route, gas card, work uniforms, and company phone. Must be willing to travel and overnight stay are required sometimes. Company provides room and per diem when overnight travel is required.
