Job summary

Frisco ISD is looking for a Lead HVAC Filters Technician to perform general maintenance and replace filters across the district. Responsibilities include assisting skilled workers with HVAC repairs and maintenance, operating a light truck to transport filters, and following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Texas Driver License, and at least one year of experience in building maintenance. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and maintenance of HVAC and motors.
• Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Operate light truck to transport materials.
• Follow established safety procedures.
