HVAC Filter Service Specialist

Founded in 2004, The Filter Shop is a leading distributor of commercial and industrial air and liquid filtration products. In addition to distribution, we offer expert air filter change-out services for all types of HVAC systems, serving commercial and industrial clients year-round - both indoors and outdoors. As our company continues to grow, we're looking to add a dedicated and safety-minded HVAC Filter Service Specialist to our service team.

What you'll Do:

• Replace HVAC filters on commercial/industrial systems
• Work both indoors and outdoors, including on rooftops
• Follow all safety procedures and work independently post-training
• Uphold The Filter Shop's standards of integrity and professionalism
• Stay active: on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Be able to work as a team and communicate effectively with the Service Manager
• Be able to lift 40lbs - ladders, boxes, equipment
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation

Requirements:

Valid Nebraska driver's license and clean MVR

Previous HVAC experience is but not required

We will train you to become a NAFA Certified Technician (NCT) and/or Certified Air Filtration Specialist (CAFS). Looking for a change from Apartment Maintenance or Residential HVAC Service - then check us out!

• Must pass pre-employment screening, includes 9 panel drug screen and background check for critical environments.
