Job summary

BFC Solutions seeks a Service Tech to perform routine HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance at commercial sites. You will follow routes, ensure timely service, and support multiple territories including occasional overnight travel.

The role offers a full-time schedule with early starts, hands-on training, and benefits. Prior field service exposure is helpful, as is a valid driver's license and physical fitness for lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to work at heights up to 36 feet using an extension ladder.
• Pass pre-employment background screening, drug/alcohol testing, and customer-required screenings.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools.
• Comfortable using smartphones to document completed work.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily and weekly route schedules, arrive on time, and complete services within expected windows.
• Perform HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance, including removing/replacing filters, cleaning housings, and inspecting units.
• Service commercial HVAC systems at customer locations (e.g., Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General).
• Load/unload and organize filters, tools, and supplies while maintaining inventory.
• Provide route coverage and support for other territories, including occasional overnight travel.
