BFC Solutions is seeking a Service Tech to service commercial HVAC systems across assigned routes. You will follow daily schedules, perform preventive maintenance, replace filters, inspect units, and ensure proper operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 36 feet with an extension ladder.
• Able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and customer screenings.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools and reading basic instructions.
• Comfortable using smartphones to document work.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and handle travel/overtime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily/weekly route schedules, arrive on time, complete services within windows.
• Perform HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance, replace filters, inspect units, verify operation.
• Service commercial HVAC systems at customer locations (e.g., retailers) often rooftop services.
• Load/unload/organize filters, tools, supplies, maintain inventory.
• Provide route coverage and support for other territories, including occasional overnight travel.
