Job summary

Hobaica Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residents and commercial clients in the Phoenix area.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and safety compliance. You will work in field environments, often in demanding conditions, with a competitive pay structure and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
