Job summary

MasterTech in Asheville, NC is seeking HVAC Field Service Technicians to handle installations, upgrades, repairs, and service of residential and commercial HVAC systems from a service vehicle. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with overtime after 40 hours.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, disability, life and ADD insurance, PTO, 10 paid holidays, 401k matching,

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
