Job summary

Talent Pros Recruiting Specialists is seeking a Field Tech II-Commercial to join our Savage, MN service team. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance and on-site troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and oil-free air compressors.

You will operate independently or with peers at customer sites, ensuring reliable performance and high customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to OSHA and EPA guidelines, and hands-on training opportunities

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience working on refrigeration, chillers and AC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Strong electrical background and able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

Based out of Savage, MN service center and reporting to the Service Center Manager.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of air conditioners, chillers, boilers, and/or oil free air compressors at the shop.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment failures on customer locations.
Provide best-in-class assistance to clients with all technical needs as it relates to our equipment.
You will either be out on your own or teamed up with other technician(s) to set up and operate equipment on the job site.
Promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations.
