Talent Pros Recruiting Specialists is seeking a Commercial HVAC-Technician II in Shakopee, MN. This full-time role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC systems, chillers, and related equipment at customer sites, with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

You will work from the Savage, MN service center, adhering to safety regulations and coordinating with the Service Center Manager.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience working on refrigeration, chillers and AC equipment.
• Strong electrical background and able to read schematics.
• May be required to obtain TWIC card or valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Based at Savage, MN service center and report to the Service Center Manager.
• Promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of air conditioners, chillers, boilers, and oil-free air compressors.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment on customer locations.
• Provide best-in-class assistance to clients with all technical needs.
• Work solo or with other technicians to set up and operate equipment on the job site.

What you will do:

• You willbe based out of our Savage, MN service center and will report to the Service Center Manager
• Practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations dealing with safe operation of all equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of Air Conditioners, chillers, boilers, and/or oil free air compressors at the shop.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment failures on customer locations.
• Provide best-in-class assistance to our clients with all technical needs as it relates to our equipment.
• You will either be out on your own or teamed up with other technician(s) to set up and operate equipment on the job site.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience working on refrigeration, chillers and AC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Strong electrical background and able to read schematics.
• Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
