Job summary

Medic Air Systems, Inc. in Orlando seeks a skilled field service technician with at least 5 years HVAC experience in commercial facilities, including medical facilities preferred.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, read blueprints, coordinate with dispatch, and service calls. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently, sometimes traveling or overtime.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ service experience specific to Medical Facilities.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Work independently with initiative and strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs or replacement of equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch and respond to urgent service calls.
• Keep assigned company van clean and maintained.
• Document work orders and receipts.
