Job Summary:

This role involves servicing and maintaining HVAC systems for diverse commercial clients, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and office complexes. Responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of air conditioning, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. The position offers opportunities to work with internal and external partners on new setups and retrofits, with support from technical training and career growth paths.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with team leaders and customers to understand requirements and synchronize on-site work.
2. Serving as the primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction through effective diagnosis and repair.
3. Using advanced software, tools, blueprints, and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
4. Maintaining flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and overnight stays.
5. Enforcing safety standards and maintaining security of company assets.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• EPA Certification.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Use of safety gear such as helmets and fall protection harnesses.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Exposure to variable weather and environmental conditions.

Compensation:

Base pay varies; total compensation includes incentives. Actual pay depends on experience and location.
