Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Field Service Technician to support installation, commissioning, and service of advanced cooling systems used in data centers and mission critical facilities across the United States.

This hands-on role requires a strong HVAC or mechanical background and a willingness to travel. You will perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, chillers, and HVAC systems, while conducting preventative maintenance and on-site quality checks.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, chillers and HVAC systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance and manage service schedules.
• Conduct on-site quality checks for installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Travel approximately 50% nationwide.
