ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Supervisor to lead and support our service technicians in the field. You will supervise daily operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and drive team performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC field leadership and 5+ years in residential HVAC service, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and safety compliance are essential.

Pay: $30 - $40/hr

Qualifications / What You Need

• 2+ years of HVAC field leadership or supervisor experience
• 5+ years of residential HVAC Service Tech, HVAC Technician, HVAC Repair Tech, Heating and Air Conditioning Tech or Residential Service Tech experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and manage day-to-day operations
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
