Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by managing and reviewing technician and mechanic Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen, service management platform.
• Ensure timely and accurate quote completion and delivery to customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.
