HVAC Field Engineer - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for aHVACField Engineer to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Owner’s Representative overseeing HVAC contractor execution
• Ensure installations meet project specs, building codes, and safety standards
• Track RFIs, deviations, and construction issues using documentation systems
• Conduct field walkdowns and ensure zero-energy state before work starts
• Interface with other trades to resolve integration challenges
• Ensure project milestones are met with high quality and compliance

Skills and Experience:

• Deep experience with large-scale HVAC systems in pharma or equivalent environments.
• Familiar with MEP coordination and cross-trade collaboration.
• Understanding of HVAC commissioning and functional testing.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, ductwork diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in documentation tools (RFIs, deviation logs, field reports).
