Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support a Federal Building contract. Working days are Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

Base pay is $32.96/hour with Health & Welfare pay of $1,254.25 per month per the CBA; vacation, sick leave, holidays and a pension are provided per the union agreement. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience on large commercial HVAC, be able to maintain boilers, chillers, hot water systems, domestic water plumbing, air handlers,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical HVAC training is highly desired.
• Must be willing to obtain/maintain NATE Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing, air handlers and VAV components.
• Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Support large commercial HVAC equipment on a federal building contract.

Description

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Richmond, VA (Federal Building).Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm. Hourly Pay Rate: $32.96 per hour. Health and Welfare Pay: $1,254.25 per month (per CBA). This position also offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment. HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate $35.02 per hour.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
