Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Building Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs at the Corporate Office in Arlington, TX and the Basswood Data Center in Fort Worth, TX.

Ideal candidates have a GED and 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience, preferably with VRF, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Responsibilities include basic trades and safety compliance to keep facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED as the minimum education.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, preferably with VRF.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in building upkeep.
• Inspect properties, coordinate with management on grounds and cleanup.
