Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to support the utilities team in Warner Robins, GA. Under the Utilities Manager, you will install, inspect, operate and repair all utility systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of facilities maintenance experience as an HVAC technician, a current Refrigerant license, a valid Georgia driver’s license, and CPT training within 9 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience as a commercial HVAC technician.
• Current Refrigerant License/Certification required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license; CPT training within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, operate and repair all utility systems and equipment.
• Perform general and specific duties related to utilities under supervision of Utilities Manager.
• Utilize tools such as multi-meters, power tools, blueprints and equipment manuals to complete tasks.
