• Vocational training in building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing filters.
• Move, assemble, and install furniture, fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Support senior technicians during inspections, installations, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Document tasks completed and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE during all tasks.
