Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Respond to urgent and on‑call maintenance needs
• Assist with general building maintenance (minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors and vendors
