Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years supervisory or lead experience in HVAC/industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly staff and contractors for HVAC and facility maintenance.
• Direct maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and controls.
• Ensure safe operations and environmental compliance across facilities.
