Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities, mechanical systems, or HVAC & MEP design and construction.
• Proficient with industry standards and state codes.
• Experience analyzing data to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to support maintenance and external resources.
• Review data to ensure equipment runs within specifications.
• Interface with internal customers to sustain operations.
• Improve reliability via RCA, FMEA, and 8D problem solving.
• Support development of procedures and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth.
