Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills and comfort with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of custom HVAC ductwork and fabricated metal components.
• Measure materials accurately before cutting and assembling parts.
• Prepare fittings, transitions, plenums, and other fabricated pieces for installation.
• Organize incoming materials and stage completed products for field crews.
• Learn operation of fabrication machinery and shop equipment.
• Follow safety policies and quality expectations.
