Overview

Join Our Team as a Weekend HVAC Service Technician!

This role features a dedicated 4-day work week, with 3-4 three-day weekends per month, limited on-call responsibility, and 24/7 team support.

Qualifying candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000!

Schedule: Friday through Monday

Start Time: 8:00 AM

This isn't your average shift. We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced technician to take on a critical weekend role. You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC systems—delivering real results when it matters most.

This position isn't for beginners. If you've got at least 6 months to a year of hands-on residential HVAC experience, we want to hear from you.
