Join us at KAYL Heating & Air as an HVAC Experienced Installer. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance.

Position Overview

Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Supervise other installers to maintain quality and efficiency.

Details

• Location: Doniphan, NE (Tri-Cities area; not Omaha)
• Pay: Up to $30/hr DOE
• Benefits: Retirement Plan, Paid Vacation, Holidays, Uniform, Insurance Stipend
• Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday-Friday; evenings/weekends as needed; on-call rotation

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience
• 2+ years supervising a team
• HVAC technical school certification preferred
• Proficient in gas and refrigeration pipe installation
• Knowledge of ductwork systems
• EPA Certification and NATE certifications (current)
• Excellent safety awareness and organizational skills
• English communication skills
