Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer III to maintain and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across the property. You will mentor junior staff, develop preventative maintenance plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage projects and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced casino environment. On-site work with flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in engineering, facilities maintenance, or skilled trades preferred.
• Experience working with BAS and CMMS is preferred.
• Strong safety, regulatory, and preventive maintenance knowledge; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of HVAC systems throughout Morongo Casino Resort & Spa.
• Diagnose electrical and plumbing issues; plan and execute repairs safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all facility systems.
• Create detailed electrical drawings and collaborate with leadership for project approvals.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize critical facilities needs.
