Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems required.
• Associate’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in engineering, facilities maintenance, or skilled trades required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers professional service to guests and team members while maintaining safety and reliability.
• Troubleshoots electrical components using tools like multimeters and assists with electrical installations.
• Performs general maintenance on HVAC systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance for efficiency.
• Inspects and repairs mechanical systems including heating, water heaters, and related equipment.
