Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager – HVAC/Energy to join our HVAC Department in Georgia. The role oversees HVAC and energy projects, coordinating with customers, vendors, field personnel and internal teams.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 annually with a Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, on-site location and 10%-25% travel. Reports to the HVAC Division Manager and employment type is Full-Time, Exempt; start date on November 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• PM experience in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or energy industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10%-25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and energy-related projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, and field personnel.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding project status and requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Review project documentation and ensure work is completed according to requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide project updates to management.
• Coordinate project activities and travel as needed.
