Job summary

Southern Careers Institute (SCI) seeks HVAC instructors to share their passion and teach in our HVAC program. The role welcomes experienced technicians transitioning into education, with SCI supporting those new to teaching.

Instructors will lead hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, deliver accredited curricula, and mentor students toward professional growth and accountability within the HVAC field.

Qualifications

• HVAC expertise with hands-on industry background.
• Strong communication and instructional abilities.
• Ability to explain theory and safety to students clearly.
• Commitment to student growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver SCI accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Instill safety and compliance importance to students.
• Prepare students for successful careers in HVAC Technology.
