Servpro Team Phillips/Smith is a locally owned commercial and residential property restoration company specializing in HVAC duct cleaning. We seek an experienced HVAC duct cleaner to join our team and help deliver top-notch service to Lexington and surrounding areas in Central Kentucky.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties necessary to provide quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
• Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed and review invoices with the customers.
• Set up equipment at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
• Keeps work environment/van clean and organized.
• Returns all equipment to the truck and secures it for the trip to the next assigned appointment.

We serve Lexington and many surrounding areas within Central Kentucky. Responsibilities

• Perform all duties necessary to provide quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
• Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed and review invoices with the customers.
• Set up equipment at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
• Keeps work environment/van clean and organized.
• Returns all equipment to the truck and secures it for the trip to the next assigned appointment.

Environmental Conditions

The employee frequently works in mostly indoor environments but exposed to outside weather conditions, also coming in contact with computers, mechanical parts, and slippery and uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.

Physical Conditions

Essential and marginal functions may require physical fitness requirements necessary to perform the job functions with or without accommodation, such as the ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and use hands to operate and handle objects, tools, and machines. The ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects is also essential. The employee may frequently lift and/or move furniture weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Employee must have the ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
