Hvac Duct Cleaning Technician

Servpro Team Phillips/Smith is a locally owned commercial and residential property restoration company that also specializes in HVAC duct cleaning. We serve Lexington and many surrounding areas within Central Kentucky. Responsibilities

• Perform all duties necessary to provide quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
• Survey and discuss in detail with the customer any services to be completed and review invoices with the customer.
• Set up equipment at the job site using the proper set‑up procedures.
• Keep work environment/van clean and organized.
• Return all equipment to the truck and secure it for the next assigned appointment.

Environmental Conditions

The employee frequently works in mostly indoor environments but is exposed to outside weather conditions and may come into contact with computers, mechanical parts, slippery and uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.

Physical Conditions

Essential and marginal functions may require physical fitness to perform the job functions with or without accommodation, such as the ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and use hands to operate and handle objects, tools, and machines. The ability to repetitively push, pull, lift or carry objects is also essential. The employee may frequently lift and/or move furniture weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Employee must have the ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
