Job summary

A HVAC installation company in Texas is looking for skilled professionals to install devices and ensure proper functionality. Responsibilities include mounting devices, validating setups through a mobile app, and maintaining customer relations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Mount device to air-handler cabinet and confirm leak-free connections.
  • Install and validate chemical cartridge using the mobile app.
  • Take before and after photos and maintain a clean work area.

Pay

Flat rate ($50) per install with separate standard and attic rates (additional $50).

Territory

Pinellas, Pasco, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough Counties

Responsibilities
  • Mount the device to the air-handler cabinet using a hanger and adhesive.
  • Create a clean injection point to the drain pan or drain line by drilling or cutting; install elbow or adapter; route silicone tubing; confirm leak-free connections and correct .
  • Validate and install chemical cartridge using the mobile app; complete basic device setup; verify condensate drain path and float-switch function when applicable.
  • Work in garages, closets, and attics; take required before and after photos; complete brief job notes; maintain a clean work area and provide a short customer walkthrough.
What you must bring
  • Ladder, drill or driver, sheet-metal bits and snips, PVC tools, and basic HVAC hand tools.
  • PPE including safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves or sleeves, headlamp, knee pads, and shoe covers.
  • Smartphone for QR scans, app setup, and Wi-Fi connection.
  • Insurance: General Liability 1,000,000 per occurrence and 2,000,000 aggregate, and Workers’ Compensation or lawful officer or member exemption for yourself. Certificates must name IFLOAir Tech, LLC as Additional Insured, Primary and Non-Contributory, with Waiver of Subrogation.
  • Capability to work in attics and tight or hot spaces and to use ladders safely; professional customer interaction.
Experience

Prior HVAC, appliance, or low-voltage installation; basic knowledge of condensate systems and float-switches; comfort with mobile apps and Wi-Fi setup.
