Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

About Fuss Free AC: We consider our team to be a fuss-free family. A family company with a great reputation, offering competitive compensation for talented individuals. We are looking for a full-time HVAC Dispatcher with Customer Service experience to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain scheduled calls on the Dispatch board, ensuring all calls are scheduled with appropriate technicians and updating customers on technician ETA.
• Provide fast, friendly, and fun customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text, and phone.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and texts to close out calls for technicians and sales.
• Modify the job board to ensure accurate call booking.
• Handle customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently.
• Assist with projects as needed and perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Focus, stay on task, and execute results.
• Highly organized, quick learner, able to multitask, and attentive to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with empathy and critical thinking.
• Proven ability to process high volumes of work accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, including Saturdays if needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC Customer Service and Dispatch.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM (preferred).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
