Logan Services, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Diagnostic Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, interpret system readings, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners while documenting diagnostics and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, earning potential of $75K–$140K with hourly pay, commissions, and revenue

Responsibilities

• Complete quality repairs and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.

• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, materials, and system readings.
• Follow all safety procedures, HVAC codes, and company standards.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge and skills.
