Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge and ability to apply local, state/province and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques to develop cost-effective project solutions.
• Develop and review specifications including design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve problems of moderate/complex scope.
• Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance and resolution of discrepancies.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations aligned with project objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by the lead or project manager.
