• Effective communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.

• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.
• Professional registration and membership in technical society (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, cost of materials.
• Estimating and staff forecasting experience.
• Practical field experience.
• Proficient with word processing, email, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Apply cost-competitive execution techniques for cost-effective project solutions.
