Job summary

EMCOR Services Betlem seeks an HVAC Design Engineer to lead design and energy analysis for hydronic and air-side systems. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and at least four years of design experience.

You will produce construction documents, coordinate with trades, and support proposals while traveling to regional sites as needed. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology with design experience.
• Experience with energy analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines and NYS codes.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for hydronic and air-side projects.
• Produce construction documents and coordinate with trades and vendors.
• Perform energy analysis and life-cycle cost studies.
• Support project schedules and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Travel locally to assist on-site drawings and documentation.
