acmerefrigeration is seeking a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to manage daily HVAC freight delivery and warehouse inventory. You will load/unload, verify orders, and ensure accurate stock while delivering superior service to customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years driving a van, ability to multi-task under deadlines, and a safety-focused mindset. Forklift experience and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of recent, verifiable experience driving a van.
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Proven commitment to customer service and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Assist with delivering HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders and prepare shipments as needed.
