Job summary

Baker Distributing Company LLC is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to ensure safe and efficient delivery of HVAC goods to customers and Sales Center locations while upholding outstanding customer service and professional conduct.

The role includes loading/unloading, warehouse support between deliveries, and participation in inventory tasks. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of truck driving experience, and a DOT medical certificate. CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• Must meet DOT physical qualification standards; accommodations available.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/pallet jack preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company LLC as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers or other Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and report times with merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
