Under the supervision of the Branch Operations Manager, you will:

  • Build and assess service business performance, analyze financial metrics, and support customer loyalty programs.
  • Manage the 180-day service agreement renewal process and contract health/backlog reviews.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Service Managers to meet financial objectives through forecasting, analysis, and business process management.
  • Networking with community, governmental, and professional leaders to secure and retain customers.
  • Tracking and managing contract renewal cycles and escalating issues as needed.
  • Leading backlog reviews, developing proposals, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preparing operational plans for service visits and campaigns.
  • Coordinating with teams to meet contractual obligations and participating in review meetings.
  • Supporting safety audits and compliance with safety policies.
  • Facilitating communication between teams and managing warranty claims.
  • Promoting best practices for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; minimum five years' experience in service operations or scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on financial impact.
  • Experience with project accounting and service management software is desirable.
