Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Columbus is hiring a full-time HVAC Customer Service Rep in Columbus, OH. You will be the first voice customers hear, handling inquiries, scheduling service visits, and documenting details with a professional, friendly attitude.

We offer a competitive hourly wage from $17 to $21 plus monthly commissions on service plan sales, plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, a company vehicle, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Professional presentation and rapport-building.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls on customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Document project details and customer concerns accurately.
• Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Schedule home visits and coordinate with service teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
