Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a capable HVAC Crew Lead to guide a small installation team through residential projects in Connecticut.

You will manage day-to-day on-site duties, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion, and uphold company standards with attention to code compliance and customer satisfaction. The role requires a Connecticut S-2 Journeyperson License, EPA certification, and at least five years of residential installation experience, including heat pumps, boilers, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead one to two installers on residential HVAC projects.
• Strong time management and prioritization for multiple installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1–2 installers, coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Oversee safety, quality and adherence to codes during installations.
• Inspect and verify installations meet manufacturer specs and standards.
• Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements and updates.
