Lennox is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Naples, FL to deliver exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and support sales goals. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team to keep the store organized, manage inventory, and prepare items for shipment.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years related experience and a high school diploma. Strong communication, computer proficiency, and HVAC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communications skills; computer skills including Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
