Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, combine product expertise with selling skills, and support daily store operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and team to manage inventory and ensure the storefront appearance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years related experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation reflects a salaried non-exempt position with added benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 2 years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
