Lennox International in Memphis, TN is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and help achieve sales goals within the store environment.

You will work with the Store Manager and team to manage inventory, maintain storefront appearance, process received and shipped items, and prepare orders for shipment. A high school diploma and at least 2 years related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
• Maintain the store appearance and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Manage inventory, receiving, and shipping preparations.
• Assist with scheduling and opening/closing procedures when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
