Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience in electronics, HVAC or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls systems, facilities management, and installation/servicing techniques.
• Ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences and lead a small team.
• PC experience and the ability to program HVAC related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls tools and document results.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Respond to warranty calls and keep customers informed of progress.
• Load controller software and run system diagnostics from controllers to end devices.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare quotes to support recommended solutions and complete on-site documentation.
