ESFM HVAC Controls Technician Job Description

We are seeking a full-time HVAC Controls Technician at ESFM, located at SAP America, 3999 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Online applications are preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Additional details provided during the interview.

Requirements: HVAC experience is required.

Pay Range: $51.11 to $76.66 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems (DDC, PLC, BAS, etc.)
2. Perform diagnostics and repairs on control systems and components
3. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians
5. Conduct system startups and commissioning
6. Maintain documentation of service and installation work
