Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
• Vocational program or Associate degree or Military Training in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters), and computer-based diagnostics.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and understanding of HVAC sequences and applications.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC control and Building Automation Systems in commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and data centers.
• Technical Support: Respond to service and warranty calls, providing front-line technical repair.
• Problem Solving: Use diagnostics to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients with high-quality service and clear communication.
