Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our Albuquerque, NM team. The role focuses on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control and Building Automation Systems across commercial facilities. Preference given to military veterans with experience in HVAC systems.

You will respond to service calls, perform front-line repairs, and engage clients to ensure high-quality service. Strong diagnostic skills and tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic or mechanical systems.
• A vocational program or Associate degree or Military Training in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC control and BAS for commercial buildings and data centers.
• Respond to service and warranty calls, providing front-line technical repair.
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates.
• Engage with clients to ensure high-quality service and clear communication.
