Qualifications

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell.

Responsibilities

• Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
• Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Train the customer on controls systems as directed
• Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify, and implement programming changes to BAS for energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace BAS sensing devices to specifications.

Job Details

Overview: Actively seeking a Building Automation / HVAC Controls Technician in Wyoming. This role is responsible for installing, programming, and servicing digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $25 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
• Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
• Train the customer on controls systems as directed
• Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
• Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
• Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings.
• Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications.

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
